  4. Then add cooked dal and chopped coriander leaves into it,mix it well and give it a boil and then switch off the flame.
  5. For tadka, heat 1tbsp of oil along with butter in a tadka pan,then add dry red chilli and chopped ginger-garlic into it, stir fry it for few seconds and then switch off the flame.Add 1/2 tbsp of kashmiri red chilli powder into the hot tadka, mix it and then pour the tadka on the dal, cover the pan with it's lid for 2 minutes and then serve it.
