  9. Get 1/4 cupful Spring Onion / Garlic Chives

  11. Make ready Coriander Leaves for serving
  12. Make ready Chopped Toasted Peanuts
  13. Prepare Lime *cut into wedges
  14. Get <Sauce>
  15. Take 2 tablespoons Tamarind Paste *OR Lime/Lemon Juice, Rice Vinegar
  16. Get 2-3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  17. Prepare 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
  18. Prepare 1 tablespoon Soy Saucer *optional
  19. Get 1/4 cup Water

  5. Bring back the scrambles egg to the wok. Then add Bean Sprouts, Tofu, if you use it, and the noodles, then the sauce.
  6. Toss gently for about 1 minute, then add Spring Onion or Garlic Chives. Toss to combine then remove from heat.
  7. Sprinkled with Peanuts, Coriander Leaves and extra Chilli only if you like them, and serve with Lime wedges.
