  2. Add sugar and yeast let it sit for 5 minutes, add flour and knead to form a dough.
  3. Hard knead for 10 minutes on a flat surface till dough becomes soft.
  4. Let it rest for 45 minutes in a warm place till it doubles in size. Punch the dough down and divide it into balls
  5. Pre heat oven at 180. In a greased baking tray place the balls and let them rise again for 15 minutes. Brush with egg wash and bake for 25 minutes. Let them cool and serve as snack with tea.
