  11. Take 1/2 tbsp green chilli chopped
  12. Get 1 tbsp grated coconut
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  14. Take 1 tbsp Jaggery
  15. Make ready 1-4 cup Water
  16. Prepare 1 tbsp Coriander leaves (for garnish)

Steps to make Valor Papdi | Spicy Flat Beans:
  1. Wash and dry the flat beans. Trim the ends and sides of flat beans and chop in to small peices. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil, add carom seeds and let it splutter, add ginger garlic paste, potatoes and green beans.
  3. Add salt, turmeric powder, water and cover to cook for 7-8 mins till potatoes softens.
  4. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, raw mango powder, coconut, sesame seeds, and jaggery.
  5. Cover and cook till oil seperates.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
