- Prepare 1 cup matki (moth) dal (soaked overnight in water)

- Take 1 tsp salt
- Take 1 tbsp oil

- Take 1/4 cup paneer (grated)

- Get 1/4 cup tomato (Chopped)
- Make ready 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Make ready 1/2 tsp salt
- Make ready 1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
Place some egg mixture on the dosa and spread it. Egg Dosa is a delicious protein rich wholesome meal which is an ideal dish especially for breakfast. Steps to make Matki Egg Dosa:
- Dosa stuffing
- In a bowl add egg white, paneer, onion, tomato, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves
- Beat well and keep it aside!
- In a grinder jar add matki (moth) dal, green chilli, cumin seeds and 1 tbsp water.
- Grind to make a smooth paste and remove it in a deep bowl.
- Add hing, besan, salt and ¼ cup water to it.
- Mix it well and make lumps free batter.
- Heat non-stick pan and pour a ladle full of batter.
- Swirl it to make a thin dosa and apply around ½ tsp oil to it
- Spread 2 tbsp of stuffing mixture on dosa evenly
- Cook for 2 minutes and flip aside
- Let it cook for 2 more minutes.
- Flip it again and cook for another minute.
- It's Ready!
- Clean the pan and repeat for the remaining batter!
- Serve hot with onion chutney!
