  3. Mix for atleast 2 mins. Let the veggies fry a little and then add poha. Add coriander leaves. Mix properly and cover the pan for 2 to 3 mins. Healthy and tasty poha are ready to serve.
  4. Enjoy poha with rassam, aachar, chilli, papad and onion
