- Grind the rice to fine paste with very little water.
- Add poha and coconut milk, grind along with rice.
- Mix the yeast water and sugar and salt to the batter and grind to fine paste
- Pour the batter into a airtight container.
- Close the container and Keep in a warm place overnight.
- Morning mix the batter well and add sugar if needed.
- Heat the appam kadai.Check if its hot by sprinkling some water on the kadai.
- Now pour few tbsp of batter and rotate the kadai till you get the lacy design.
- Cover and cook on medium flame.
- Serve hot with curry.
