- Take a grinder jar add boiled banana stem,coconut&greenchilli make a paste.transfer a bowl add 1 boiled potato, garam masala powder,turmeric powder,salt,rice flour & besan mix it well.
- Deep-fry the kofta
- Heat a pan add 2 tbsp oil,add dry garam masala,bay leaf& chopped onion stir for a mints.
- Ginger garlic paste & tomato puree,cook nicely.
- Add turmeric powder,coriander powder&red chilli powder cooked nicely.Add potato.
- Add 2 cup water &cover it.
- Add kofta &off the gas.Garnishing with coriander leaves serve with boiled rice or roti or paratha.
