  4. While the sugar syrup is boiling, put the balls into the syrup.
  5. Cover the pan with a tight lead and boil the Rasgulla for 10 minutes on medium to high flame.
  6. Now take milk and boiled it and on sim gas stir continusally.
  7. When milk reduced add sugar and mango puree. When Rasmalai become thicken. Then switch off the flame.
  8. Take Rasgulla put in Mango Rasmalai and put in serving plate and garnishing with nuts.
