Sambal brambang asem ini merupakan salah satu sambal yang berasal dari Solo. Dengan citarasa yang khas dari daun ubi jalarnya, manis pedas sausnya dan legit di lidah. Sambal ini cocok sekali disajikan dengan sepiring nasi hangat dan dihidangkan saat makan siang bersama anggota keluarga. Sambal ini adalah sambal yang diolah dengan kualitas bahan terbaik seperti : Cabai Keriting Merah, Cabai Rawit merah, Bawang.
