  1. First boil 1ltr milk cool it for 3mins then add vinegar and water mixture,when curdle,strain it in cloth,tightly squeez the extra water and keep it aside for 1/2 hr.
  2. Then take ready chhena kned it well to make it a smooth dough then add 1tsp maida and again knead well.make small balls.
  3. Take heavy pan add 1cup sugar and 4cups of water.boil it and then put chhena balls one by one.cover it for 7mins then stir it once and again cover it for 7mins.then off the gas
  4. Take 1/2ltr milk in a pan add some sugar boil it for some time then off the gas and cool it then add mango pulp according to your taste.
  5. Then add ready squeezed rasgulle in mango milk.keep it in the fridge
  6. Decorate with pista,ready to serve.
