- Add raw mango puree and cook for 1 min add 1 cup water and stir well cook for 1 min add pasta sauce and mix, add ripe mango puree and salt cook for 2 minutes if sauce is bhi thick add 1/2 cup water.
- Add pasta in sauce and mix bhi well. Cook for another 3-4 min,off the stove and sprinkle some Italian seasoning, cover it for 1-2 minutes,
- Place this pasta in any oven proof dish, cover with cheese and bake it for 15 min in preheated oven on 180℃
- After baking the pasta grill it for 5 minutes. Your pasta is ready. Enjoy this yummy tangy pasta.
