  9. Add Kasuri methi and Milk, cook on low flame for 2 mins stirring continuously.
  10. Add Paneer and cook for another 2-3 mins stirring continuously.
  11. For rice- Wash Rice properly.
  12. In a cooker take washed Rice add water and salt.
  13. Take 3 whistles on high flame.
  14. For Palak Paratha: Wash Palak leaves properly.
  15. Grind in grinder to a puree.
  16. Take whole wheat flour, add red chilli powder, salt and roasted Jeera and knead a dough using Palak puree.
  17. Add water if the dough is too hard.
  18. Heat tawa and make Palak parathas using ghee.
  19. How to assemble: Take a plate and arrange Rice in any pattern you want.
  20. Pour sabzi to one side and to on other side of Rice arrange Palak Paratha pieces.
  21. Serve hot.
