I tried this recipe after I tasted this at my friend Sangeeta's place. Matar paneer is a very popular North Indian dish prepared with paneer and peas. It is usually served with naan, roti, chapati and paratha but goes very well with rice and pulao also. This is one of my most favorite dish.

Instructions to make Matar paneer with chatpata rice and chapati:
  1. First take a pan put some oil and saute laung cinnamon badi elaichi than add onions and 2 tomatoes garlic and ginger in it and saute it for 2 minutes
  2. Now switch off the gas and grind all these to make a paste after that saute this paste till light brown than add tomato puree in it and add salt degi mirch turmeric garam masala and chicken masala and peas in it
  3. Once done than wait till it leave their sides with oil than add cream in it and cover it with lid till it leave their sides after that put paneer cubes in it and swotch off the gas. Now it is ready…
  4. For rice take a pan put some oil than add cumin seeds when they become brown add onion saute it than add tomato and than salt red chilli powder garam masala amchur powder in it
  5. Saute them till they leave sides with oil than add boiled rice and mix it properly…
  6. Now serve all these with chapatiiiss….
