  5. In a pan heat oil. Add crushed garlic and chopped onion. Saute till onion turns translucent. Add tomato puree and saute till oil seperates. Add red chili powder, chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper powder, sugar and tomato ketchup. Mix well.
  6. Add boiled paste and salt. Combine all ingredients well. Cook for couple of minutes.
  7. Assembling:- In a greased baking bowl first spread prepared spinach layer at bottom. Spread cooked rice on it. Then do third layer by spreading prepared red pasta.
  8. Apply grated processed cheese and mozzarella cheese on top. Put into preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes at 180°C. Enjoy.
