- Then Add 2 tsp Pav Baji Masala, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 turmeric powder and Salt (if you are using butter with salt then check in this stage).
- Stir and sauté well then add all chopped vegetables except fried onion and potatoes.
- Cook all vegetables well keep the skillet closed so that vegetables are well cooked.
- After 10 minutes all vegetables are cooked add rice and mix gently.
- You may add 1 tsp of Pav Baji Masala to the rice, Panner scrambled, fried onions and Potatoes, Add 1/2 tsp lime juice. Cook for 5 mins more
