- Making pithi- wash moong dal and soak in water for 2hours, then drain the water.
- Take soaked dal into grinder with cumin seed, funnel seeds and green chilli.
- Make semi coarse paste. Keep it aside.
- Making Bedmi poori -: Take whole wheat flour, maida four,. Semolina, salt, red chilli powder,kasuri methi in a bowl and mix it.
- Add prepared paste and mix using your fingertips.
- Then Knead into smooth yet stiff dough by adding little water at a time.cover it and let it rest for 30mins.
- Slide one poori into hot oil by the spatula.
- It gets golden brown and slightly and crispy for bottom, flip and fry other side.
- Once ready remove it to a plate and other to a rest.
- Aloo sbzi
Take wheat flour, salt in a bowl and mix well. Add a spoonful of filling in the middle of one of the rolled poori and apply some water around the edges and seal it with another poori.
