- Take the boiled moong in a bowl add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and dry mango powder or chaat masala. Mix well and keep it aside.
- Take wheat flour add salt as per taste and Knead the dough. Let it rest for 15 mins.
- Take one portion of dough on a rolling pan and roll into small circle, now add spoon full of whole moong mix and seal the dough gently with your hands.
- Now roll the paratha. Don't be too hard while rolling as filling may come out.
- Once rolled, heat the girdle and roast the parathas applying some oil/ghee from both sides.
- Serve hot with yogurt, chutney or pickle.
