  3. Take the boiled moong in a bowl add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and dry mango powder or chaat masala. Mix well and keep it aside.
  4. Take wheat flour add salt as per taste and Knead the dough. Let it rest for 15 mins.
  5. Take one portion of dough on a rolling pan and roll into small circle, now add spoon full of whole moong mix and seal the dough gently with your hands.
  6. Now roll the paratha. Don't be too hard while rolling as filling may come out.
  7. Once rolled, heat the girdle and roast the parathas applying some oil/ghee from both sides.
  8. Serve hot with yogurt, chutney or pickle.
