  4. For rice in a pan heat oil add garlic, saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add capsicum, carrot, beans and saute it well, add green chilli sauce, soya sauce, pepper powder,salt, mix it well.
  6. Add cooked rice, paneer and mix it well.
  7. Delicious paneer fried rice is ready to serve.
