  2. Take another non stick pan heat 2 tblsp oil.add 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds saute for few seconds add crumbled paneer and saute one minute.add tomato basil pasta sauce, add salt and fenugreek leaves and mix well.
  3. Add half rice to the spinach mixture and half to the paneer mixture and mix well. Adjust salt in both and cook for a minute.switch off the gas.
  4. To make cracking spinach take oil in a pan heat it and deep fry spinach strips till crisp. Drain out from oil.
  5. In a non stick pan heat sesame oil heat it add red chilli flakes and fried spinach strips.sprinklr salt,sugar and sesame seed and toss for a minute.turn off the flame
  6. Take a plate put some of the paneer rice and press gently then put some spinach rice.press well.then put a layer of paneer rice and press.top with a little crackling spinach and serve hot.
