  3. Heat a pan,add ghee, add cumin seeds.
  4. Now add onion,ginger & green chillies paste.saute them.
  5. Put salt,tumeric, red chillies, asafoetida & dry spices.Roast them.
  6. Add tomatoes paste to tadka & stir until oil separated.
  7. Add boiled dal.
  8. Add boiled spinach to dal. Boil on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Le everything mix well.pour 1 tsp ghee on top…(if u like)
  9. Serve hot with chapatties …& rice.pour
