  2. Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt, ghee and water

  6. Add green chillies, and fry it a little - now add onion

  9. Add the dal and mix it - now add the palak and mix it - boil it for 2 minutes
  10. Add lime juice and coriander leaves - mix it well
  11. For tadka…. - add ghee and cumin seeds - let it crackle
  12. Add dry red chillies and chilli powder - mix it
  13. Add it to the dal - dal palak is ready
