  5. Now add all masalas red chilli salt turmeric powder mix it then add tomatoes Puri cover the with lid on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
  6. Now add cholas which boil before mix it and leave it to cook for 5 minutes or untill leave the oil. Then add 1 cup water or as required. Cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
  7. Our bhatura are ready garnish some coriander leaves and garam masala ready now time is to make bhaturas take dough kept for rest.
  8. Take dough knead it take some portion of dough role it like poor.
  9. Heat oil deep fry baturas enjoyed it ready to serve to tasty.
