Traditionally bhatura dough was made using leavening agents like soda, curds and leaving it for hours to ferment before they could be rolled out and deep fried. In South India, it is famously known as chola poori mostly available in all hotel & restaurant. - We soak chola 6hour before now in cooker put chola 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 2 tej patta and take 3-4 whistles
- Now take kadai heat 1serving spoon oil add Cumin for cracking after cracking Cummin add onion Puri mix it well
- Now add all masalas red chilli salt turmeric powder mix it then add tomatoes Puri cover the with lid on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
- Now add cholas which boil before mix it and leave it to cook for 5 minutes or untill leave the oil. Then add 1 cup water or as required. Cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Our bhatura are ready garnish some coriander leaves and garam masala ready now time is to make bhaturas take dough kept for rest.
- Take dough knead it take some portion of dough role it like poor.
- Heat oil deep fry baturas enjoyed it ready to serve to tasty.
