  4. Now remove the cover of the cooker and add milk and move the spatula from time to time till the milk become half of it's volume
  5. Then add sugar, Lil salt, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, saffron and fried dry fruits and nuts
  6. Now let the kheer cool
  7. Then take the mango pulp and mix the milk powder with it
  8. Now add the mango pulp to the cooled kheer and mix it well
  9. Then freeze it for half and hr
  10. Now garnish the kheer with dry fruits and nuts and the cool cool mango kheer is ready to serve… Enjoy…
