  1. Saute onions in little oil in pressure cooker
  2. Then add chopped tomatoes, green chilli and ginger and soaked dal
  3. Then add salt, red chilli powder,haldi then chopped and washed spinach
  4. Then add a glass of water, close the lid of the cooker. Cook till 5-6 whistles
  5. When the pressure releases churn it with wooden girdle.
  6. Heat oil in a small tadka pan, add chopped garlic. Fry till golden,add this seasoning to the sabji. Immediately close the lid again to retain the flavor of garlic.
