- Saute onions in little oil in pressure cooker
- Then add chopped tomatoes, green chilli and ginger and soaked dal
- Then add salt, red chilli powder,haldi then chopped and washed spinach
- Then add a glass of water, close the lid of the cooker. Cook till 5-6 whistles
- When the pressure releases churn it with wooden girdle.
- Heat oil in a small tadka pan, add chopped garlic. Fry till golden,add this seasoning to the sabji. Immediately close the lid again to retain the flavor of garlic.
