- Phir chicken ma 1 glass pani dal kar gala lay is tarah.
- Galay huway chicken ko pan saay nikal kay rakh daay.
- Ab ushi pan ma 1 cup yakhni or ata pani ma ghol kar dal daay or tab tak pakaya jab tak gravy thick hu jaya.
- Gravy ko galay huway chicken ma dal daay or jo oil alag Kia tha woh bhi dal daay
- Ak pan ma 2 table spoon oil dal kar payaz brown kar lay. brown Kia huwa payaz ko nihari par bhagar daay.
- Lemon slices, adrak slices or hari mirch se garnish kar kay serve kary ☺☺☺
