  22. Make ready 1/2 Nutmeg(jaifal)
  23. Get 2 leaves mace(javetri)
  24. Take 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder daigi Lal mirch)
  25. Get 1 tbsp coriander powder (dhania powder
  26. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder(haldi powder)
  27. Make ready 1 tsp ginger powder(sont)
  28. Take 1 tbsp salt or as required (namak)

  1. Take one pateeli add oil/ghee and bhoonify the chicken. when chicken change its color to white add ginger garlic paste(aik pateeli lain us Mai ghee/oil add krain ab chicken add krain jaisay hi chicken apna color change kralai us Mai adrak lehsan ka paste add kralain.or usay bhoonain.)
  2. No take grinder add fennel seeds,black cumins seeds,bay leaf, black cardomom,star anise, whole black pepper,cloves,mace and nutmeg(ab aik Grinder Mai sonf,shah kala zeera,taiz pat,Bari elaichi,badyan ka phool,sabit Kali mirch,long,jayfal or javertri dal KR achi trha pees lain).
  3. Now add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,ginger powder and salt in grinded spice.(ab is peesay huye masaly Mai lal mirch powder,haldi powder,dhania powder,sont or namak add KR k achi trha mix kralin.
  4. Now add this prepared masala in chicken and bhoonify it well.now add 4to5 cups of water and cook it untill chicken will be done.(ab is tayyar masaly ko chicken Mai shamil krain or isay achi trha bhoon lain us k bad is Mai 4se5 cup jitna pani shamil KR k pkne dain JB tk chicken gal na Jaye)
  5. Now take 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour and bhoonify it on any fry pan or tawa and mix it with water and make a paste.(ab chakki ka atta lain or us ko kisi fry pan ya taway pr bhoon lain JB tk hlki hlki khushboo any lgay ab is Mai pani add KR k paste ban lain).
  6. Add this flour mixture in chicken gravy slowly slowly and mix it well and let simmer it for another 5 minutes.(ab is Mai atay ka paste add Karin ahista ahista or chalaty jayn or isko 5mint mzeed pkne dain.
  7. Now make tarka of nihari.add ghee and add kashmiri chilli powder.(ab nihari ka trka bna lain aik pan Mai ghee or Kashmiri daighi mirch add krain or nihari k upper dal dain).
  8. Yummy chicken nihari is ready.serve with naan and enjoy.
  9. Note. for mutton and beef same method will use.for beef cooking time will increase.(mutton or beef k liye same method use KR sktay Hain beef Mai gosht k glnr ka time brh jayga).
