  6. Take G.g paste 2.5 tb spn
  7. Take to taste Salt
  8. Get Oil for cooking

Instructions to make Nihari:
  1. Take oil in pressure cooker n add onion till cook when it's become light brown
  2. Add g.g paste n chikhen n stir well
  3. Add masla n stir well add water 2 cup and cover it for 10 to 15 mints.
  4. Mean while take pan n add wheat floor n bessan n cook on low flame for 2 to 3 mints. Take 1 cup water n mix floor n make mixture
  5. When chikhen z ready pour fllr mixture slowly slowly on low flame.cook for 5 to 10 mints to mix them well.
  6. Add cutted green chilli (I add full b.c kids) n coriander leaves.
