- 5 min ke baad gosht main jo nahari masala ready kiya tha wo add kar dein aur thora thora pani dal kar bhon lein
- Jab gosht ache sy bhon jaye aur oil alag ho jaye aur Khushbo and lage tu 5 glass pani dal kar slow flame par 2 hour ke liye pakne ke liye chor dein
- 2 hour ke baad jab gosht gal jaye tu atta pani main ghol kar nihari main mix kar dein aur mazeed 20 min dam par pakain
