The name Nihari comes from the Arabic word 'Nahar', meaning day. 'Nihari' is eaten just after the morning namaaz(prayer).   2. Phir is me flour me 1 cup pani dal kar dissolve karein aur pan me dal dhen is ke sath dry ginger powder, salt,sunf powder, jayfal, jawatri,sab ealchi powder aur 1 jug pani dal kar 2 1/2 hours low flame per dum me pakein.
  3. Mutton nihari is ready.and garnish with ginger julianne, lemon slice,green chilli, and coriander leaves. And serve with nan.
  4. NOTS; - Nihari me ginger garlic paste nahi dalty han.
