  16. Take 3 tbsp Fennel seeds –
  17. Get Cinnamon sticks – 2 to 3
  18. Get 2 Big cardamoms –
  19. Prepare 6 Green cardamoms –
  20. Get Black pepper – 12 tp 15
  21. Get Dry ginger – 1″ piec
  22. Make ready 6 pieces Mace –
  23. Take Nutmeg – 1/2 ” piece
  24. Take 1 tbsp Coriander powder –
  25. Take 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder –
  26. Make ready Add all above ingredients in grinder
  27. Take Nihari masala is ready

  5. Now cook another 15 minutes. Check consistency you need.
  6. When nihari is done, garnish with fresh coriander, ginger flakes and green chilies. - Serve with ginger flakes, lemon slices and naan.
