- Take 2 Big cardamoms –
- Get 6 Green cardamoms –
- Prepare Black pepper – 12 tp 15
- Get Dry ginger – 1″ piec
- Prepare 6 pieces Mace –
- Prepare Nutmeg – 1/2 ” piece
- Prepare 1 tbsp Coriander powder –
- Get 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder –
- Get Add all above ingredients in grinder
- Make ready Nihari masala is ready
It is prepared with either beef, camel or mutton whichever you like.
