  1. In a big heating pot add ghee, black pepper corns, cumin and onion. Fry until golden brown.

  7. Add in nihari and keep stirring it to avoid making lumps.
  8. Cover and cook for another 1 hour. Keep stirring in between.
  9. Now when required consistency is achieved amd meat is all tender.turn off flame and rest it for half an hour so that ghee comes on top.
  10. Garnish with ginger, lemon, green chillies and brown onion.
