Spinach Paratha is an Indian unleavened bread made from whole wheat flour and spinach. I had some onion tomato chutney I made for idly that. Leftover dal is combined with wheat flour, spices and cooked over hot griddle to make this everyday breakfast. Leftover dal was already seasoned but after being mixed with dough it needs extra spices to boost up the flavor.
Instructions to make Leftover Dal palak Paratha with Papad chutney:
- For Paratha dough : Firstly take a large bowl add Wheat flour and chopped Palak,Salt,Haldi powder, Red chilli powder,oil,2 tbsp curd and mix it well. Now and Leftover Dal and knead a soft dough. And keep a side for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Now heat up on Tawa. A small size ball and roll the dough to round layer. Smear ghee ya oil using your finger and roll out. And transfer the Paratha on hot tawa and cook for golden brown and pour the some oil or Ghee. And cook for both side. Now ready to serve.
- For Papad chutney : take a kadai on heat up and put 2 tbsp oil and Cumin seeds. Add Onion and green chili, Curshed Garlic and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add Tomato cook for tomato turn soft.add Red chilli powder.Haldi powder. Coriander powder,salt and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.oil are saprated..
- Now add crushed Roasted papad and stir and add 1 teaspoon water.and cookb on low flame. for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off the flame and ready to serve.
- Serve with Paratha.
