  4. When all the Pakodas are ready, cool them and grind them into a mixer.
  5. Fry the gum in the same kadhai and after cooling it blend it in the mixer.
  6. Now roast the walnuts, Coconut and melon seeds one by one. Take it out in a vessel
  7. Now put the rest of the ghee in this Kadhi and fry the wheat flour on a low flame, stirring it from time to time.
  8. When the aroma starts coming out of the wheat flour and colour is golden brown, make some space in the middle of the kadhai and press the jaggery inside it.
  9. After 5 to 7 minutes, with the help of a big spoon mix the jaggery into the flour. It will be melted easily by getting the heat of flour. - At this time we will close our gas.
  10. Add the gum and fenugreek, coconut, melon seeds and walnuts, mix well and let it cool down, then we will make the laddoos
  11. Fenugreek laddus are ready.
