- Now we will take non stick dosa tawa. Flame the gas. Will put 1 drop oil into the the tawa. Now will make dosa from the batter. When gets golden colour will add half spoon oil. Spread schezwan sauce and add paneer capsicum onion. After a minute we will put grated cheese on it. When cheese melts roll the dosa. We will garnish it with cheese on top and serve it hot.
