  1. Sieve refined flour with salt. Add ghee and sufficient water to knead into stiff dough.
  2. Divide the dough into twelve portions and roll into balls. Press each ball slightly in hand and roll into a round diskette.

  7. Stir fry these also for a minute on a medium flame. - add the black pepper, salt, sugar and soya sauce. - mix well.
  8. Add the fried mushroom to this sauce. - stir so that the sauce coats the mushroom well
  9. For making Potlis —Place the diskette in hand, apply water on it, place the stuffing in the center.
  10. Pleat up the edges and gather - Fry till golden - - Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
