I make aloo sabzi and poori a lot and this version was very simple and easy, mine is a bit more complicated. My tip is that you can also use all purpose flour for the poori and I mash my potatoes a little bit so they're not so big in the sabzi. I also like to reduce my tomatoes a lot.   8. For making kachori make small balls of dough and roll it place stuffing in the center and roll again to seal properly
  9. Roll it to make poori place oil on gas when properly hot slide poori in oil cook from both sides till golden brown remove on paper plates and serve with aloo sabji and achar.
