- Prepare 1 bowl wheat flour
- Get 1 cup chana dal
- Prepare 3/4 cup jaggery
- Get as needed Ghee
- Get 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- Get 1 tbsp oil
- Get as needed Water
It is usually served with a savory curry or bhaji, as in puri bhaji, but may also be eaten with sweet dishes. Puran Poori and Chobay ki Poori Urdu Cooking Recipes. Steps to make Puran poori:
- Take a mixing bowl add wheat flour oil and knead a soft dough with water let it rest for 20 mins.
- Take chana dal wash it properly and pressure cook it till 3 whistles let it cool then blend it with jaggery for smooth paste
- Heat a kadhai add 1 tbsp of ghee and chana mix and roast it till it's become s hard and add cardamom powder mix it well close the frame let it cool.
- Now make small balls from dough add one or two tbsp of chana mix cover it with hands make a ball.
- From the ball make Puri and roast it on tawa with ghee both side and it's ready to serve.

Puran Poli is the Famous Maharashtrian Sweet Dish and It is Mostly Prepared During Festival Season.
