- For bhaji:- Grind the tomatoes and make the puri, take pressure cooker put some oil, add cumin seeds, green chilli chopped and curry leaves stir it well then add Potatoes(cut into big pieces) Mix it well add all the spices and add tomato puri and mix it, after the tomato cooked properly add 2cups of water and cover it with lid.After two whistles turn it off, and serve it with salar or achaar.
