  3. In a pan add oil. Heat it up. Add asafoetida, cumin and paste. Stir it well till oil left out from it. Now add chole to it and a bit of water. Mix it. Mash some of the chollas to make thick consistency. Allow it to cook for 4minutes. Garnish with coriander.
