  8. Start rolling the dough balls into flat circular poori shape. Remember not to roll it too thick/thin
  9. Meanwhile heat enough oil for deep frying in a wok
  10. When the oil is hot enough for frying, deep fry each pooris till golden brown on each side
  11. Serve hot with any curries or raitas of your choice
