  2. For palak paneer- Take pan add washed palak leaves and 2 cup water boil for 10 minutes,and strain it,after cool down grind as a fine paste.
  3. Cut the small square shape panner and keep a side,than take pan add oil,(you can fry the paneer also,I made without fry)after hot oil add cumin seeds,bay leaf,green black cardamom and green chilli,saute few minutes,
  4. Than add onion (grinded) cooked till golden brown colour,than add all dry spices saute 2 minutes than add tomato puree cook till oil is separate from masala, than add spinach paste mix well and saute 4 minutes in high flame than add 2.5 cup water,
  5. Cook till gravy is semi liquid,than in last add paneer pieces mix well turn off the gas,paneer palak is ready to serve,Enjoy with paneer poori 😊👍💐
