- Take a kadhai, add ghee/oil in it.
- Add the finely chopped onions toss it well and added the jeera in it. Toss them for a while and then add Ginger garlic paste. Stir well.
- Add the finely chopped tomatoes. Mix well. Cover it with the lid so that it cools.
- Slowly - slowly Add water to make a thick consistency.
- Check the Sabzi and stir it. Taste it and if need to add more masalas.
- Cover the kadhai and cool the Sabzi for 10 mins on high flame and keep stirring it occasionally.
- The sabzi is all ready to be served so before that add a bit of garam masala and stir well. Cover the kadhai with the lid and Switch of the Stove.
- Take a big bowl in which you will knead the dough.
- Add the required amount of dough in the bowl. Add salt and Ajwain in it.
- Keep Adding water as per requirement and knead the dough.
- The dough is ready to be used.
- Take a small amount of dough and roll it like chappati. Make heart shaped using knife like I did or with cookie cutter.
- Deep fry the Hearts and your Pooris are Ready.
- Add the Peas, potatoes and carrots into the kadhai. If needed add more water so that the vegetables cool properly. Cover the kadhai. For 5 mins.
