  4. Take a separate small bowl. Take besan and mix it with water to make it slurry.Add this slurry to cooked vegetables.
  5. Add 1 tbsp coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, garam masala and salt to taste.
  6. Now close the lid of cooker and cook until one whistle.
  7. Vegetable besan curry is now ready to serve. It tastes good with poori or Dosa.
