- Wash the spinach.
- Finely chopped the spinach.
- In a large bowl, add wheat flour, salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, owa, salt, hing. Mix well.
- Add chopped palak.
- Knead to a stiff dough.
- Add water while kneading, if required.
- Cover and rest the dough for 5 - 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a Kadai.
- Make small balls of dough and roll out each ball to form a 3 - 4-inch puri.
- Once the oil is hot enough, add one puri.
- Deep fry from both sides. Likewise, make all the puris.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce, tea, or sabzi.
