- Take a cooker, pour 1.5 tbsp oil, let it heat and add cumin seeds and asafoetida until it starts crackling.
- Now add chopped tomatoes and green chillies. Add a pinch of salt to cook tomatoes more quickly. Cook it until it gets mushy.
- Now, add all the above-mentioned masalas cook for 2 mins add a lil water to avoid overcooking and now add washed and cut potatoes. Add water as required. Cook until 2 whistles.
- Serve hot with raita of your own choice.
