- Get 2 cup besan(gram flour)
- Prepare 1 tsp jeera

- Get 1/2 spoon haldi powder
- Make ready To taste Salt
- Prepare 1 spoon ginger,garlic and chilli paste

Instructions to make Palak patra:
- Wash the leaves and make pat dry…cut the stem…leave only the leaves
- Take a bowl….add gram flour,red chilli powder,haldi,ginger garlic paste, jeera,ajwain and white til and salt as per taste
- Add water… make the batter like we often make like idli batter….no lumps there
- Take the leaves…..apply the batter on one side of the leaves
- Now roll the leaves… Apply batter over it also….make all leaves roll
- Take a steamer…..place these leaves over it and stem for 15 min
- When cool down….take out the leaves….now cut it to 2 cm each part
- Fry all the parts till golden brown…..your palak patra is ready….crunchy and tasty
