  1. First wash and dry all leaves and trim their tundals with knife. keep aside.
  2. Take a pan heat oil at smoking point and cool down for 15 minutes. when little hot add ajwain and hing

  5. Bind all rolls with same method - Take a pressure cooker add 1/2 glass of water place a channi in it…. place all rolls in it and cook for 1/2 hour at low flame
  6. Cool down and place all rolls in refrigerator for 2 hours at least
  7. Cut into 1/2 inches and shallow fry both sides on tawa adding little oil
  8. Garnishing with sesame seeds and enjoy with any type of pranatha or fulka?
